Recently retired after more than 30 years in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, Mr. Dwyer was co-founder and Managing Partner of Pacific BioDevelopment, LLC, where he provided strategic drug development advice to more than 400 firms throughout the world. Mr. Dwyer’s guidance resulted in drug approvals leading to better health care, as well as providing the strategic planning foundation that clients used to raise money, go public, or be acquired.
Prior to Pacific BioDevelopment, Mr. Dwyer spent 10 years at Genentech, Inc., in the Regulatory Affairs Department, where he was responsible for simultaneously managing several development projects as well as one of Genentech’s marketed products. Prior to Genentech, Mr. Dwyer worked for Monsanto as a Research Biologist and at St. Louis University Medical School. Mr. Dwyer graduated from St. Louis University with a B.A. in Biology.
